We should of course begin with Quiet Loner, Dan Raza and Greg Harrisburg who we recently interviewed here about their upcoming tour. The dates begin in Bedford on the 5th and also take in London, Sheffield, Glossop, Staveley and Manchester. Quiet Loner also has additional shows in Norwch, Cardiff and Swansea as well as a great looking double bill with Liam Dullaghan in Northampton on the 4th. Pubs Rock. So say Danny & The Champions of The World. Starting in Oxford on the 10th they play 8 shows at various public house venues.
Heading to some larger venues and displaying the old magic will be Nick Lowe. Beginning in Southampton on the 19th his run of gigs takes him through to 4 nights at London’s Leicester Square Theatre in early March.
Canada’s Ox have a busy month in the UK. 15 dates begin in Swindon and include shows in Brixton, Winchester and Sheffield opening for The Lucky Strikes.
Having just released latest album Voyageur, Kathleen Edwards supports the record’s release with gigs in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London towards the end of the month.
And right on the 29th, another trans-Atlantic visitor in the shape of Austin Lucas kicks off his UK tour. It begins at White Rabbit in Plymouth before March sees Austin play Bristol, London, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham and Brighton.
